Association of "Ladies Auxiliary of the M.I.C."

This association began on November 20, 1905. It consisted of a small group of women who wished to help in the development of the works of the Congregation. During their meetings, guest speakers talked about the missions. This was an awakening of the missionary spirit and commitment in a Christian milieu. The women did a lot of sewing for the missions : church vestments, bedding, linen, etc. In 1914, the group took the name of "Ladies Auxiliary of the Missionaries of the Immaculate Conception."
